Pixel Eight comes with a fully setup Joomla installation that replicates what you see here on the demo. The quickstart is hands down the quickest way to get the template setup on your server with all of the functionality that you see here on the demo site. Please take care to read about the installation process for the quickstart packagesclu on the main Joomla Bamboo site and also read the documentation pointing out the differences between the quickstart package and the Joomla template.
Avanti, is the first template release that comes with our new JB Snapshot packages. In a nutshell the snapshots significantly reduce our maintenance time for new and old releases in terms of updating Joomla or any of the Joomal extensions that we use in the release packages. We will also be able to offer a much wider variety starter sample content, so rather than installing the quickstart and removing the demo content the hope is that you will install the quickstart and just start writing.
