The Hub template comes with 9 colour hilites to choose from.
The colour scheme css files can be found in the templates/jbhub/css/ folder and are named according to this syntax "hiliteYOURCOLOURHILITE". The files group colour blocks together and are also commented making them easy to edit in order to create your own colour palette.
